My cycling experience
Cycling is a fun activity and a great exercise. Cycling can help protect you from serious diseases like depression, diabetes and more. Cycling is also good for your joints. When I was 5 or 6 years old, I used to go to the bicycling track around our apartment and practice bicycling. At that time, I didn't know how to bicycle and used to keep on tripping around. My mom would sometimes have to hold the back of my seat and I would used to think I am riding my bike, but I wasn't. The main problem I had when bicycling was my balance and trust. I used to move too much in my seat while trying to ride and didn't trust myself. I soon felt discouraged to learn how to bicycle, but my family and my neighborhood encouraged me to keep trying, so I did. Eventually, one day I was practicing with my mom and I tried to ride my bike and I did! I thought that my mom was holding the back of my seat, but when I turned, I knew I rode my bike successfully.
