My cycling experience
Cycling is a fun activity and a great exercise. Cycling can help protect you from serious diseases like depression, diabetes and more. Cycling is also good for your joints. When I was 5 or 6 years old, I used to go to the bicycling track around our apartment and practice bicycling.
At that time, I didn't know how to bicycle and used to keep on tripping around. My mom would sometimes have to hold the back of my seat and I would used to think I am riding my bike, but I wasn't. The main problem I had when bicycling was my balance and trust. I used to move too much in my seat while trying to ride and didn't trust myself. I soon felt discouraged to learn how to bicycle, but my family and my neighborhood encouraged me to keep trying, so I did. Eventually, one day I was practicing with my mom and I tried to ride my bike and I did! I thought that my mom was holding the back of my seat, but when I turned, I knew I rode my bike successfully. It took me about a month to learn how to ride my bicycle.
Me and my mom watched videos to get tips how to start riding your bike. I was very proud of my accomplishment. I still do bicycling in USA. When I came to USA, I started to do my bicycling in front of my apartment. I still remembered how to ride my bike, but I just needed to get used to riding it. I didn't really know how to ride my bike downhill. The first time I tried it, I almost crashed into my car! Luckily, my car was in the parking in just the right position to miss me by a millimeter. For riding uphill, it took me lot of strength to ride up and made me too tired. Soon, I started to ride my bicycle downhill and uphill often and started riding my bike on the road.
So, if you are learning how to ride your bike, be brave, have balance and trust yourself that you can do. I would recommend you to watch some videos to get tips to start riding you bicycle. Remember to keep trying and mostly, have fun. Also, if you are really determined in persevering in bicycling, two things to keep in mind while getting the rhythm in cycling, have balance and trust. Trust will help you feel more comfortable in doing it. I hope my recommendation helped you. Please leave a comment below telling me how you are doing in bicycling and how this recommendation paragraph helped along with more help asked if needed to me below in the comments. Bye bye, that's all for today!
